Rolling Stones rocker Mick Jagger, in a recent interview, said his eight children “do not require $500 million” and suggested he may give his fortune to charity to “maybe do some good.”

NEW YORK – Rolling Stones rocker Mick Jagger suggest he might not leave his fortune to his children and might instead contribute his money to charity.

In a current meeting with The Wall Street Journal, Jagger stated he did not favor selling the band’s post 1971 music catalog to make even more money, on top of the millions the Stones have made touring over the years.

“The children don’t need $500 million to live well. Come on,” he joked to the publication, the New York Post reported.

He went on: “You maybe do some good in the world.”

Jagger, 80, said that while he doesn’t enjoy dealing with the business aspect of the music industry, it’s necessary, CNN reported. And he’s aware that more money can still be made.

“You can have a posthumous business now, can’t you?” he said. “You can have a posthumous tour.”

Jagger has 8 youngsters: Karis, Jade, Elizabeth, James, Georgia May, Lucas, Gabriel as well as Deveraux. They range from age 6 to 52.

The oldest, daughter Karis, 52, is with Marsha Hunt in 1970. In 1971, he wed ex-wife Bianca Jagger and had daughter Jade, 51.

He shares four youngsters with ex-wife Jerry Hall, whom he was married to from 1990 to 1997: daughters Elizabeth, 39, as well as Georgia May, 31, as well as sons James, 38, as well as Gabriel, 25.

Child Lucas, 24, was birthed in 1999 to model Luciana Morad Gimenez. His youngest kid, boy Deveraux, 6, was birthed in 2016 to sweetheart Melanie Hamrick.
